As the leader of the ceremony, We collaborate with the couple to create materials for the event and ultimately perform the marriage on the big day. The officiant's primary responsibility is to receive and witness the intended spouses' consent and ensure that all legal formalities are observed, thus validating the marriage or civil union.

Hey there, my name is Adai Veracruz - I am a licensed, mobile Wedding Officiant and Wedding Coordinator located in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have a passion for creativity and organization, I also have a love for event planning.
I'm a mom, a wife, and, a Gigi (grandma) I love to travel and I like comedy. I love sports cars and art. Two things I (typically) can't go without are wifi and my daily organizer. lol! Fun fact (I Love Lucy), I'm a sucker for suspense movies. My favorite music genre is smooth jazz and I am relaxed by the gentleness of butterflies.

Creating Your Perfect Day: Wedding Coordination and Officiant Services
Marriage License Signing - $100
The signing of legal paperwork only! Designed for those couples who need to be married quickly usually for insurance purposes, medical reasons, military circumstances, or whatever your case. We meet at your home or designated location. We will sign your paperwork and file your marriage license with the Clark County Clerk's office. "NO" ceremony, 1 guest (witness), "NO" ring exchange.

Personalized Ceremonies for Your Special Day
Do you have a friend or family member who you'd love to have as an officiant but don't want to go through the lengthy process of getting authorized? We can assist you by writing a ceremony that your loved one can use. Our team will also be present at the ceremony and will take care of the legal signing and filing of the paperwork to make it official. Let us help make your special day unforgettable.
Wedding Officiant - $200
Elope in Style with Our Intimate Las Vegas Ceremony Package
Our wedding package is the perfect solution for couples seeking a simple and intimate ceremony. Whether you're looking for an elopement, micro wedding, vow renewal, or commitment ceremony, we've got you covered. Here's what's included:
- A beautifully written ceremony, complete with a ring exchange. You can also include a special poem of your choice.
- Initial wedding consultation with no obligation. This includes the design of your ceremony. If you're local, we can meet in person, or we can have a video call.
- Officiating the ceremony.
- A lovely keepsake copy of your ceremony.
- Communication with your officiant via email, phone, or text.
- Wedding day tips and reminders.
- Pre-written "repeat after me vows" (optional) or the chance to write your vows.
- Information on obtaining your marriage license. We handle the signing and legal filing of your Marriage License with the Clark County Clerk's Office within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. You'll also receive notification of filing.
- Local travel to ceremony location within 25 miles (round trip) of zip code 89148.
- Preferred vendor recommendations upon request.

Partial Day of Management -Inquire For Quote
Our Partial Day of Management service is perfect for couples who want to customize their wedding planning experience. Here's what you can expect:
- On-site management for up to four consecutive hours
- Coordination services begin two weeks before the ceremony date
- Customized timeline to ensure a smooth flow of scheduled events
- Assistance with setting up personal decor
- Coordination of music for special dances, speeches, and other key moments
- Confirmation of transportation logistics and delivery/setup times for vendors
- Ensuring timely start for dinner, first dances, cake cutting, and toasts
- Handling any unexpected issues behind the scenes

Full Day of Wedding Coordinating - Inquire For Quote
Wedding Day Coordination: A Comprehensive Package for Couples
If you're a couple who has planned their wedding but needs professional assistance with executing the event, our Full Day of Coordinating package has got you covered. Our main goal is to ensure the big day flows seamlessly without any worries or concerns. This includes full coordination of the wedding day, starting 4-6 weeks before your ceremony date.
Our package includes:
- Ceremony and reception coordination
- Up to 8 consecutive hours of day-of event support from a lead coordinator and assistant
- Vendor management, acting as a point of contact for all vendors and staff two weeks before the event until the end of the day
- Two in-person meetings, including a venue walk-through and a Final Details Meeting
- One virtual check-in meeting
- Customized floor plan and day-of timeline for pre-ceremony and reception
- Review of contracts and confirmation of vendor logistics
- Event set-up such as placing guest book, table numbers, small decor, signage, cake knife/server & personal items
- Access to an emergency bridal kit
- Execution of the timeline and delegation of the flow of events
- Distribution of vendor gratuities
- Arrangement and leadership of the ceremony rehearsal the day before the event

Optional Ceremony Enhancements and Fees
To make your special day even more memorable, we offer a range of additional services to enhance your ceremony. Please see below for pricing details:
Special Rituals: Choose from a sand ceremony, candle ceremony, wine ceremony, and more. A small table with a white tablecloth is provided for $25.
Small P.A. System: Ideal for outdoor ceremonies, ensures that your guests can hear the ceremony when being performed outdoors. $25.
Rehearsal per 1 hour: $50.
National holiday or special day fee: There will be an extra fee of $50 if the wedding or rehearsal is on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
Witness: If you do not have guest or a photographer who can serve as a witness, we can provide one for a fee of $50.
Travel Fee: Our services include travel up to 25 miles round-trip from our office location (89148). Any further distance will incur a small additional travel fee as follows:
26 - 40 miles additional $25
41 - 55 miles additional $50
56 - 70 miles additional $75
*For Further distances, please contact us for fees.
Parking expenses/fees: These are the responsibility of the couple and will be determined at the time of booking.
Booking Process
Booking Your Coordination or Management Package: What to Expect
To reserve your Day of Coordination or Day of Management package, a $300 deposit is required initially, followed by monthly payments. Below is a step-by-step guide of what to expect:
After our first consultation, We will send you a tailored booking contract via email for your review and electronic signature. Once you have signed, We will issue an invoice for your retainer or booking fee. All packages require a deposit followed by monthly payments.
To secure and reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer is required. This fee will be applied to the total balance of your wedding services. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the ceremony date.
After signing the contract and paying the invoice, your booking will be confirmed on our calendar.
24 Hour Policy
Holding Your Reservation: Contract and Invoice Protocol
As a courtesy, we will reserve your date for 24 hours after you receive the invoice and contract. However, if you do not confirm your booking within this time frame, your date will become available again.
